SERIOUSLY under staffed, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. This is the slowest and rudest location I’ve ever been to. You can’t get in and out under 45 minutes. Who do we complain to about not getting any service?

Long line, literally out the door, and 1 postal worker ALWAYS! You will be here for at least 30 minutes plus.

I have a work account and I have a work name that I go by. Recently had a situation where the mail carrier deliberately did not deliver a package to my residence. The only “issue” was that the package came under my work name (because it was supposed to be a surprise for my husband), and she claimed the name wasn’t listed on the mailbox. I later found out that she’s actually required to deliver packages even if the name on the address isn’t familiar, as long as the address is correct. That seems odd as we’ve gotten incorrect mail time after time. She only delivered it after I called the post office. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with her. Over the years, I’ve had ongoing issues, many of which seem tied to religious materials I never wanted in my mailbox and threw away. She’s even gone so far as to report me to the front office over minor, silly things like not wanting the religious pamphlets. Yet when it comes to my actual mail and packages, she seems to feel entitled to withhold them. One time, after she reported me to the office, I ran into her on the stairs and she directly asked me if I was the apartment not taking the pamphlets. I just said “no” because I didn’t want to stop and get into a conversation with her. She should not be asking me anything else other than if I want my mail as a resident she should not be striking up conversations that could lead to potential arguments. Unfortunately, it feels like she is creating problem after problem, and I have clues and hints that this is personal. It very much feels like she can pick and choose what she gets to hold onto and what she puts in my mailbox. It’s very frustrating to deal with.
