- AHAllesondra Helwig4 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible customer service. They didn't arrive during the delivery window, so I had to leave, and they left a note saying they came but couldn't deliver... Then, the system would not allow me to do a digital signature so they could just leave it at my door. The next day, the package tracking says that it has not left the facility, so I called to ask if they could just hold it and I'll come pick it up because I can't just sit at home for 12 hours wondering when a package is going to show up... but the phone system literally will not allow you to speak to a real human, It's 100% automated and there is no way to ever get to a real person. Literally, no matter what you do on the call, you will not get transferred; it even just hung up on me after a certain point saying "I'm sorry, I cannot transfer you. if there is nothing else, have a good day"... This is very frustrating and the absolute WORST customer service decision I have ever seen. FEDEX- do better, this is not acceptable.

They failed to deliver twice to my apartment building. I set delivery instructions to call and even spoke with an agent who ensured me they would. Twice they did not and didn’t deliver. Now, they told me on the phone I could drive 20 minutes here and come pick it up. I come here and the front desk clerk is extremely unfriendly and they don’t even know if my package is here and can’t find it. I pray me and everyone else never has to use FedEx and their horrid service ever again. Truly god awful experience.
