However today was the worst experience I have ever had. Honestly I hope it’s the only awful experience I will ever have going forward. I don’t know what was going on in your life or in your day that made you want to act so difficult and unhelpful. I guess I was the one you decided to take it out on. Next time someone asks for a service that is not longer available/ has had name change within the last few weeks (that really only someone working there or who sends packages all the time would know) you could be a bit more informative and helpful. Not making me have to pull the info I’m looking for out of you. Thank you for the use of the tape. I know that was very bothersome for you with your exaggerated huff when you handed it to me. To the kind gentleman working alongside her, I thank you very much for giving me the info I needed that seemed to difficult for her to give me. I have never seen this women before in the office, but I’m not there on a daily basis. I hope you have a better day going forward Ma’am.

- AKAutumn KNov 21, 20175.0So this place is the place to be. We love how helpful and kind the staff is. They are not open saturday and sunday or after 430pm weekdays (the mailroom! Po boxes are open a lot more) but it is easy and friendly
