  Reggie at The UPS Store is the best! He’s always so kind and helpful, and whenever I run into a problem, he goes out of his way to make it right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but Reggie does — every single time. I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude!

  This location always overcharge for services that you can get at another UPS store for have a price. I went there approximately 10 days ago and there was a black guy who told me the price to mail and item is roughly about 100 bucks but when I visited another UPS store they did the exact same thing for $42

  I no longer recommend this location. The staff are unprofessional and blame UPS systems when you reach UPS they indicate that’s not true and blame the store systems. So who is not telling the truth here?? When you call the store asking the owner to call you back they say I quote “he’s a very busy man” indicating he is too busy to call back about the store he owns, furthermore they indicate that they don’t know when he will come in or if he will even return a call. I have met the store owner when the store first opened he was always there, super friendly but something has changed and not for the better. A second call to the store didn’t help, as the staff there indicates for a complaint I must send an email and effectively refuse to take a message for anyone.   Nathalia Kim was super professional: efficient and knowledgeable. She’s also very personable. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 I choose this UPS Store location over all the others in the valley due to the quality and rapidity of their service AND their excellent customer service. 🤩 🥇🎗️🏆

  Absolutely terrible experience. I dropped off an important package at this UPS location and paid for certified mail service. Days later, I discovered the package was never sent—it was still sitting there! When I followed up, the staff was completely unhelpful, and the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. No accountability, no solution—just attitude. I’ve never experienced such poor service from any UPS store before. If you care about your mail actually being delivered, avoid this location at all costs.
