Gave me a lecture saying I was committing “fraud” by trying to pretend it was an apartment, not a P.O. Box. I went home, found my original order form where it clearly showed I had put BOX and not “#”, her response was that in the future I need to call whoever is shipping me something and make sure they do it right or she’ll refuse it again 😑🖕🏻
