  When they first opened, they were great at accommodating, now it seems like they’re trying to be un-accommodating. Every time I come, there’s a problem, even though I’m print out the paperwork for each one doesn’t matter..

  I have used UPS Selma several times throughout the years, on Sunday I shipped 1 box, from the Selma location. It was 2 identical boxes wrapped in Christmas wrap and then wrapped together as one to ship. I have experience with the shipping so the package was neat and I used the shipping tape etc. The cost to ship the one box $70.58. Only to find out it was damaged by UPS. almost immediately, per the UPS tracking records. Sooooo, the run around starts, and the final response from the Selma office today was, "Well you did not buy extra insurance so there is nothing we can do". No refund of the $70.58 they charged me to sent my package which never arrived. No accountability as to what happened to the contents in my original package? I expected as much, but going forward I will ship from the Post Office. I asked the associate to look how many times I have sent packages to this address, and for this package to be damaged immediately according to UPS tracking records, it does not appear to matter, UPS Selma got the $70.58, and someone apparently has my granddaughters Birthday gifts. Happy Holidays.

  I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this UPS Store absolutely deserves it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and real customer service — not the rushed “next in line” attitude you get at most places. The entire team here goes above and beyond every single time. What really stood was the professionalism and care from Bri. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in helping people. The store is spotless, organized, and efficient. Even when it’s busy, they manage everything smoothly.
