- RJRichard JohnsonApr 24, 20264.0It's a Post Office. Nothing bad or great about it. A bunch of hard working, under appreciated, people dealing with too many frustrating customers. They do an amazing job for a taken for granted service.

The delivery drivers for the two days delivered it to the wrong address claiming that they delivered them on my front porch on two different occasions. When I called the Seaside Post Office directly by phone a Supervisor said he would call me to update me where my packages were. He didn't call me back! The next day I called six times to speak to the Supervisor and the post office never picked up the phone! I have lost all trust in the competence of USPS. Especially this Seaside location. I have a small business and I will not deal with them again. Even if I have to pay more and send and receive my packages from FedEx, UPS, and DHL!!!! You've lost a loyal customer!!!

The post office itself offers a good selection of packaging as well as a variety of free priority shipping boxes. I often see the staff suggesting package options to customers; they seem to know the stock well.
