  FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

  Fawzi is an excellent and knowledgeable technician and salesman. He was able to assist me with printing out some pictures and troubleshoot discoloration issues. Readjusting the size and differentiating different types of photo paper by the sheen. The type of paper that I needed was not the one that was in the printer. After he changed that out, the color of my photos improved significantly. He was able to get the correct size I needed to fit the photo frames. I had. Excellent customer service! Make that man a manager!

  Literally the Fed Ex experience I’ve ever had. Employees were so nice, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend for printing services!
