The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and encouraging. When I arrived at store, I found out the helpful person was Charles, the store manager. His service was above and beyond. I returned the next day for another batch of specialty printing and Fawzi had the same professional customer service. Excellent customer service!

When I walked into the store, there were two untrained, or undertrained, staff people who had to get a manager to help them with a routine priority mail request from me. I left that store and went to FedEx where I’ve been serviced in the past. Leanne was friendly and competent and fast and kind. I was in and out of the store quickly. By the time I got home The FedEx app had already sent me tracking information. I received a text a few days later, letting me know that the package had arrived on time. The package was a payment for an item I purchased. I honestly couldn’t ask for better service. The kindness and friendliness goes a long way these days. It used to be a part of professionalism. At this store it still is.
