Just in time for income tax info to be sent to my accountant, of course, so I made paper copies of everything in a public library, went to Staples & bought a new thumb drive & employees helped to get my documents scanned (which I went back to the library and transmitted). Staples and the employees were the only good thing in this otherwise techno-nightmare.

Later in the day, I was outside and the edges starting lifting off the board. I called to report this defect and was told that their laminated posters were for indoor use only. I was told this twice even though I said that the poster was de-laminating before it went outside.

She gave me a not so pleasant response of THAT'S FOR GROCERY STORES very passive aggressive 🙄 I googled her response and it clearly states that ALL retail stores in California are prohibited from using and offering plastic bags but I'm guessing why she said they were free as if the $0.15 would set me back from making my mortgage.
