This location and their knowledge of their own services is awful. If you need to do anything other than mail a simple letter, go elsewhere... like UPS or FEDEX.
- MTM TMar 14, 20251.0They will LOSE your mail. I keep getting mail from other boxes in mine because they do not pay attention to the PO box numbers! I have the Informed Delivery service which sends a photo of what is about to be delivered and my letters go missing. Staff does nothing about this. Typical gov't workers, pay $160 a year for what? Lost mail??
