Came into the store at 2:30pm on 11/1, lady at front desk refused to take the package for whatever reason she had. Very rude and unprofessional. When I asked her name, gave me a bogus name: October. No name badge or anything. Just moved down the street and sucks that this is the best option I had.

There's no need for a scan or receipt since Nespresso pre-labels their recycling return bags. I walked in and placed the bag on the counter as I have done at this location and at others, but ran into "Mr. Patel" who was clearly having a bad day. He immediately said I needed to wait in line for a scan...I told him I didn't need a scan or receipt and left the parcel behind. He followed me out the store and threw the parcel into the trash! I would be very cautious about shipping out of this location. As you can see other reviews give this location a poor rating! Regardless of being the owner or not, the aggressive behavior is unacceptable and unnecessary. Another review also posted Mr. Patel's poor customer service. After this experience I wonder how mail and other parcels are handled at this location and if it is safe to trust? I won't ship out of this location!

I started to say I had packages to send out when he cut me off and said I know. He hardly gave me the time the time of day and seemed upset that I was bothering him. He stared at me without word and motioned to the packages indicating he wanted me to turn them around for him to scan and refused to touch the packages himself. He was shockingly rude. It was weird.
