  This lady is a thief! She first claimed her store rule is to not accept package items if not inside another box. The nice gentleman came over and said it was ok. Then she handed me my proof of drop off. Luckily I checked it because she did not scan this item and refused to provide me proof. The gentleman came over and told her to stop yelling and she said yelled, “No!” She continued to yell and said take your box. So she refused to accept a return after scanning it because she didn’t want to provide me a receipt for drop off. I asked for her name and she said she would not give it to me and proceed to hide behind him when she realized I was taking a picture of her. Do yourself a favor and do not drop off here.

  I will deliver the package myself before I ever come back to this store. A little act of kindness goes far, and this store has none. I didn’t tape the box for an Amazon return. Rather than being kind and providing only a few pieces of tape… I was stuck having to buy an entire roll of tape. Absolutely absurd.

  Horrible experience. The employee at the store refused to listen to me when I wanted to have a conversation with him. I was told “I do not need to speak to you” from a worker! I came to the store with my ID ready to pick up my package and the employee was so rude and unprofessional to the point he deliberately ignored me and told me he would return my package to the sender despite that never being a request I made. Extremely disrespectful & unprofessional. All he had to do was hand me my package and the exchange would’ve been over

  The worst place , you call they don’t answer, I had a guy there who was to pick up plans . He waiting 15 min and the guy at he store telling him that oh well we can’t print when I asked why he refused to identity the problem then finally says oh it’s our equipment. He could have just said there equipment broken then tell me over the phone that my guy needs get out of his store. I will be placing complaint with UPS cause other store that represents ups don’t act rude to customers or ignores them .
