This location regularly does not follow its posted hours. For years. I'm sick of not being able to access my mail during the hours I'm not working. Be open when you say you are open, or change your posted hours. Start operating the way you're supposed to.

- RRRichard RomeroJul 30, 20251.0So I have a tracking number for a package that said it was delivered to the Scotts valley post office! So I drove there from Santa Cruz and they could not locate the package. The supervisor Sam then took down my phone number told me she would call me back with information about where my package maybe or if they found it she said it may take while I told her I could wait in the parking lot for her phone call. I waited 4 hours in their parking lot for Sam the supervisor to call me and she did not do so. When I walk back inside she walked in the back room! then one of the other clerks walk back there to talk to her to find out what's going on she never came back out to talk to me only sending the other clerk with a "direct" phone number to there post office. he then said she will be there until 6:00pm I called at 5:30pm and the number that he gave me was a simple customer service number not a "direct" number to there post office. I am beyond words at this point. Furthermore what was the point of her getting my phone number if she was never going to call me about the package a simple we can't find it you may have to wait until tomorrow would have been better than her telling me she's going to call me back especially when I told her I would be waiting in the parking lot.
