This location regularly does not follow its posted hours. For years. I'm sick of not being able to access my mail during the hours I'm not working. Be open when you say you are open, or change your posted hours. Start operating the way you're supposed to.

They take the time to explain the process and the different options for mailing packages and certified mail. My residence is a bit rural so oftentimes I get a slip in the mailbox to pick up a package. They're always very prompt and courteous at counter. I know they sometimes deal with customers that are less than respectful. Song has worked many years and exemplifies the professionalism as well. Thank you
