I called before to check if they had any boxes to fit, they said no problem. Benny helped me with the return ( had to buy two boxes to accommodate the walking pad ) but overall it was a quick & simple process less then 5 minutes & he boxed it up for me after I left. Great customer service at this location. I was fully expecting it to be a tedious process for such a large return. Appreciated all the help at this location.
