I could have driven into Santa Cruz or Capitola to use a different UPS store and still had time left over. I usually only use the store for box pick ups but I’ll likely use another location for that now. One staff member was behind the counter helping people and that’s all we got. Other customers had walked out before being helped as well. The staff seemed to care very little about our time and just continued to look at the people in line and tell people to use the drop off kiosks for Amazon. Employees came and went but only one staff member worked the counter to help the line that went out the door. I left frustrated, which I didn’t think would happen for just picking up a UPS box.

It’s only slightly more expensive than USPS and the benefits far outweigh this. Oh, and Frank is a favorite so ask for him if you want great service and tell him I sent you!
