They have lost mail in the past and I am now having an issue with the same thing and I cannot get a hold of them by phone. I went in there once with my cell phone ringing them and they never answered there phone the whole time I was in there and I had to redial after I got the "all circuits busy" recording. I even showed them I was ringing them up and they didn't even flinch. I will have to do some research and see how the BBB Handles these type of businesses. If they do handle USPS inquiries, then I will file a complaint and I suggest all others to fallow suit. I have called them repeatedly this afternoon, with no one answering the phone and it appears I will have to travel 70 miles to start any real search on this lost package, sent out from Sausalito.
