The employees do seem a bit overworked and understaffed but they have always been kind and friendly. They take their time to help me find the shipping option that best fits my needs and answer my questions. Sure, the post office doesn't match the service of some of the private companies but what can you expect from a government agency. If you are a customer, please make sure you have all your forms together BEFORE you reach the front of the line so you don't waste everyone's time. It is a small post office and can get crowded with long lines during peak hours. Parking is quite easy, but be careful of people speeding through the parking lot to drop off their mail when you are backing out!
