One of the signing parties is a foreign National with a foreign passport as ID. After examining the passport we were told this passport is not a valid ID for notarization. This was very shocking to us and means the deal could not go forward. We then asked a few other notaries and they all said the passport is fine. We got it done 30 minutes later with a different notary. So don’t go here for notary services as they don’t know their stuff.
