I’m honestly just tired of USPS acting like a forever stamp suddenly isn’t enough to mail the same letters/birthday cards I’ve always mailed … Since when does a forever stamp not cover a Hallmark card or a 6-page letter? (It does… but post office staff always tries to act like you need to buy more postage. If you drop it in the mailbox, it will mail just fine.). Unless the weight covered by a forever stamp has changed…. I have sent 10-page 8x11 letters before & they cost a single stamp. A 6-page letter on notepad paper should not cost multiple stamps.
I only go to the desk because most post offices normally use themed stamps when you buy it at the desk, but they always try to act like you’re mailing a hippopotamus in an envelope.
This happened to me at Christmas also. The same Christmas card/bookmark I always send, that normally requires a couple extra postage stamps… suddenly needed to be sent by certified mail and cost me $8 to send.

"We're not supposed to tape it for you." They couldn't tape a shipping label - pathetic.

You guys, customer service and any job interacting with the general public is ROUGH. Even when there’s a long line, the staff here works hard to keep it moving. Always polite and courteous.
Robert is the nicest and very professional =)
Plenty of parking onsite.
This location also has one of those after hours large package drop off bins which I appreciate, especially if I need to drop something off on a Sunday. But if it does get full, it will get jammed. Only happens once in awhile.

Came in on a Friday March 20th around noon ,
Office was clean and organized
The building is large with lots of space
well stocked with cards , envelopes and boxes .
I had a few questions about stamp collecting and the clerk was very patient and kind to me and answered all my questions.
I left happy and will definitely be going back , i had a positive experience.

I really like that there is a self service kiosk. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The problem is that business with 50 packages or more are using the self service checkout. I have asked to use the screen to do my 1 package and leave. They get very upset like we are inconveniencing them. There should be a limit on how many packages you can ship at self checkout. A time limit might work too but there’s a chance they could just do multiple batches. There should be a clear system in place separating mass businesses shipments and personal.
