  Had a box here going on 3 years for Santee Swapmeet. They are 100% professional and comms are perfect. They really bend.over backwards to help you, loaning you carts, helping you w all tasks.

  Braxton, Charlie, and Nathan are all part of a fabulous team who take great care of their customers. I will go out of my way to visit this location because the amazing people who work here spread joy to anyone who is fortunate to walk into this place of business. You know your shipments will be well packaged and cared for, since the team advises on all available options. They do so with great aplomb. In the several years I have frequented the location, none had any issues whatsoever. The team here is reliable, calm, and helpful. They remember their customers. Of all the places in Santee, the wonderful individuals who work here have the utmost integrity, goodwill, grace, and efficiency. All with incredible attitudes. You will never find another team as hardworking, honest, caring, and superb in their handling of packages — but more importantly, they excel at communicating well, being respectful and courteous. Another awesome skill in their wheelhouse is knowing precisely what needs to happen. They instruct you with the updated on-screen instructions when paying, too. This team is an incredible asset to UPS and to the community.

  Moved into Santee a while back Just discovered this UPS! What a pleasant surprise. The lady who helped me was thorough! Helped me send a fax and notarized a document. Even though there were several customers she was focused in her multitasking. I will make this store part of my routine negotiations and pleased to see their office supply as well. There is plenty of parking right out front. The service was excellent and store was very neat.... well organized. Right in this shopping area are several good places to eat. So do your business and then grab a bite to eat. Enjoy doing some paperwork then treat yourself to lunch. A great way to do office work and take a lunch break. Need a mail box they got it make copies send a fax. They got you covered!!

  Every time I go to this store for shipping packages, my Amazon returns, the young men and women are “always” so nice and helpful! Even during the recent renovations, they were (as usual), very kind and just working around the chaos with smiles!
