- MRMichael RodgersSep 7, 20211.0Waiting in line for 15 mins now. I’m 3rd in line but only one staff person and he disappeared. There are 15 people behind me. This USPS NEEDS MORE STAFFING to accommodate the consumers. People are still coming in but most are now turning away and leaving. Oh now I’m second in line as the person who was next in line left. It’s frustrating because I need to purchase $200 in stamps and I have to wait now 20 plus mins to spend $200. Perhaps I should just go to Safeway or Costco to purchase stamps.

He is a know-it-all kind of person, no humility or kindness towards his customers. I felt humiliated because he criticized every package I had, the way I wrapped them, the way I wrote addresses on them, the list goes on and on..... I totally understand if postal rules have changed, but you can say it in a nice way and try to be helpful. He should not be working at the front to interact with people. I wonder how other customers feel about him? I am not going back in there ever again!
