  It is a pleasure to do business with the UPS store on Fulton Road in Santa Rosa, California. The staff are very friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk into the store. They have become like family to me, especially Mita. I am happy to do this review for them.

  Honestly I have always LOVED this location and the help the older woman always gave me she was so sweet and patient and kind. As of lately there is another employee there who has absolutely NO patience, she is rude and I would even go as far as saying she is disrespectful. Her name is Mita. I was joking around with her about an item I was trying to pay for after waiting for several other customers and she snapped at me and said she’s responsible for making sure nothing is stolen or not paid for can’t remember her exact words but it was enough for me to be so upset that I called UPS and gave them my complaint last night: people like her should not be working in customer service this isn’t the first occasion she was rude to me either.

  Mita and trainee Aylyn are wonderful people, and service was great. We were greeted in a professional but warm manner and they were very helpful with our returns and getting a package sent out. Mita was noticeably also very kind to a customer who was clearly having to cope with a lot of issues. Highly recommend this store! Thank you.

  There is a $2.99 email fee if you're emailing them something to print. Other SR locations don't charge this fee so I was surprised. Something to keep in mind.
