  Surprised people had a good experience here. I came here to notarize something for the first time and was shocked at the service I got. One took a personal phone call while I was waiting, and the other was on her phone texting in the back. I had to reprint the documents again and got reprimanded for filling out the forms wrong. Oh and she printed 20 pages we didn’t use and charged me for them?? Safe to say I won’t be returning to this location regardless of convenience.

  It is a pleasure to do business with the UPS store on Fulton Road in Santa Rosa, California. The staff are very friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk into the store. They have become like family to me, especially Mita. I am happy to do this review for them.

  Honestly I have always LOVED this location and the help the older woman always gave me she was so sweet and patient and kind. As of lately there is another employee there who has absolutely NO patience, she is rude and I would even go as far as saying she is disrespectful. Her name is Mita. I was joking around with her about an item I was trying to pay for after waiting for several other customers and she snapped at me and said she’s responsible for making sure nothing is stolen or not paid for can’t remember her exact words but it was enough for me to be so upset that I called UPS and gave them my complaint last night: people like her should not be working in customer service this isn’t the first occasion she was rude to me either.
