She helped me get a difficult return package wrapped and went the extra mile when there was trouble getting the code scanned. This store has a lot of customers. Many come for the convenient private PO boxes, while other are just there for shipping and returns. There is plenty of parking, and we can usually get a spot in front. Even when they are busy, we can park close enough.

I went to the UPS store on Mendocino and they were extremely nasty and wouldn’t help me and luckily these two ladies over here always help me it just kind of inconvenient because they are a little bit out of town.
