But this time, the UPS guy wanted me to pay for boxing before sending it, even though it was supposed to be completely free. Then I went to another store, they just scanned the barcode, and the package was sent back without any problem.

I come back and notary says I need to take lunch and leave after, I can't help you, I can only do 1 signature because I legally have to take lunch now. Seriously? She took my money threw my stuff on the counter and said she would pack it when she helped the customers behind me. I wanted to pack the stuff my self but she wouldn't give me a box. 6 people have gone before me that were behind me. Not very happy, I will find a different place to mail my packages from now on.
