  I recently had an excellent experience at the Windsor UPS Store in Santa Rosa, thanks to Jadd and Christal. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and warmth. They were incredibly efficient and friendly, making the entire process a breeze. I needed to get my passport photos taken and handle all the paperwork for my application. Jadd and Christal took care of everything, ensuring that all the details were managed seamlessly. They made what could have been a stressful task feel super easy! I highly recommend visiting Jade at the Windsor UPS Store. Their local expertise and dedication to customer service truly set them apart. Thank you both for your outstanding help!

  Riley was polite and helpful and double checked everything before he printed the 3 labels for my packages. He explained the most affordable shipping for all three packages.

  I have been coming to this store for over 3 years. All of my Amazon returns and packages I have shipped for my small business over the years were always delivered! I never had any issues with anything getting lost or missing. The staff at this location is always very friendly, kind and ready to help! This is a great location, and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their packages shipped! ❤️🙏🏻

  On 11/2 at 9:18am I arrived to have some important forms notarized. Upon arrival, I was the only customer. I was approached by Hanna Keith who was working at the time. She asked what services I needed, I mentioned I needed to have some forms notarized. The first thing she says is “oh I’m the only one working so if another customer comes in I have to stop what I’m doing with you to check the other customers out.” She did just what she said she would do which was very unprofessional and poor customer service. In between customers you leave one customer to go check out the next one. Never have I ever experienced such poor biased service. There was an older coupler who walked up to the counter and saw where she was actually helping me, she stop and walked over to help them but they were so kind and offered for her to continue to with what she was doing with me. She motioned her hand towards me and said, “oh it’s just papers that have to be notarized it may take awhile.” Unacceptable! I kindly thanked the older couple for acknowledging me and offer to allow her to finish actually doing her job. I left the store at 9:49, 30mins later when there was absolutely no customer in front of me upon arrival.
