- BNBella NAug 18, 20251.0Let me save you some time: so many complaints here about this store refusing packages or trying to charge for extra unnecessary things. Go to a different UPS unless you want to be turned away or have to spend more money for made up problems. So sick of these places trying to create reasons to charge people. Brought in a return package where it was shipped to me through UPS exactly as I brought it in. They said there was too much space in the box and that they had to “void fill” it so it didn’t move around. I get things from UPS *all the time* with there’s a little space in it. More often than not, things are sliding around. This is just another way for UPS to gouge customers and create more waste on this planet. Disgusted.
- JCJennifer ChenierAug 15, 20255.0YAY TO MISS KAYLEY THOUGH I would like to report a situation I witnessed in the store involving an Amazon customer and Miss Kayley. Miss Kayley was processing multiple Amazon returns while multitasking to assist other customers, as the store was quite busy. The Amazon customer appeared to be frustrated, was rude and disrespectful, and became increasingly hostile. Despite this, Miss Kayley remained polite and apologetic, making several attempts—approximately four—to assist the customer while continuing to serve others in the store. Even as the customer’s tone became more irate, Miss Kayley maintained her composure and professionalism. Eventually, after repeated unsuccessful attempts to assist, she asked the customer to leave. I want to commend Miss Kayley for the way she handled the situation—she remained calm under pressure and worked efficiently to keep the store running smoothly.
