I’ve shown up three times during posted business hours only to find the store closed early with a handwritten note blaming “short staffing.” This has become a pattern, not a one-off. Customer service is just as bad. During one visit, a clerk, Quynhluu Le Nguyen, spoke to customers disrespectfully—several people said they planned to file complaints with UPS corporate. If you value your time, skip this location. There are other UPS branches that actually stay open when they say they will.
