- DGDarrell GardnerDec 9, 20151.0SOCO PRIVATE SECURITY Before anyone does business with this company....I would like to officially complain about your security officer Nicholas Caldwell regarding the property at Marriott Courtyard at 175 railroad st. I was harassed as a guest of the hotel while sitting in my car listening to music. His attitude was not one of representing the property but one of a harassment while I was parked listening to the music while presenting my room key which obviously shows I am a guest of the hotel. His attitude alone was ridiculous. Never use this service.!!!!!! In fact, I am considering never using Marriot again thanks to this BS treatment from this obviously under trained security officer.
