  Anthony did a wonderful job helping me make prints of some art and take care of a few returns. Excellent customer service.. patient and friendly!

  I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences at this FedEx location. I went in to ship a labeled package and needed a receipt. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter, a large woman, seemed uninterested and annoyed that I was there. She was about to start working on more than ten packages and informed me that it would take a while if I needed a receipt. I asked her if the kiosk was working, and she dismissively replied, “Yes,” with a sigh, adding that it was out of paper. When I requested that she put paper in the kiosk because I needed a receipt, she barely looked at me and, with a careless and dismissive attitude, told me she was out of paper. This person has no business working in a place where customer service is an essential part of the job.

  I walked into the office and saw that all the employees were with a customer so I continued to wait patiently. An employee who was clearly off the clock and on her way out the door took the time to show me that since I already had a label I could use the automated system. She took my box and scanned it, showed me where to place it and made sure I got the receipt. All off the clock and on her way out the door. She didn’t need to do that, and no one should expect her to, but she was helping both myself and her coworkers. Lovely experience.
