- GBGeraldine BarrowsDec 28, 20251.0The employee named Elissa was extremely rude during our interaction. As I left, I watched her throw my package onto the desk near the far wall. She was clearly having a bad day and was taking it out on customers, as I wasn’t the only one she was rude with. She threatened to refuse service to another patron when she complained that they charged to tape up a box. I can’t believe they charge to use one strip of tape to close a box. They don’t do that at the post office! And Elissa was so rude to me I’m worry my package will disappear and not get mailed out. Do not go here. I have to mail stuff all the time but will go to the post office from now on.
- SDSandie DienyDec 26, 20251.0Scheduled an appointment with a notary at the UPS in Santa Paula. I received a confirmation to my email. Four hours later, I went for my appointment and was told they don’t have a notary and that their on-line scheduling system doesn’t real work. Terrible service!

I am disappointed on the way I was treated, I am a local and NEVER EVER HAVE I THOUGHT to be treated with disrespect, poor manners from their employees. ESPECIALLY with the poor education of treatment towards me a customer. The female employee at the time was showing me disrespect with a horrible bad attitude towards me. I would appreciate the supervisor at this location to remind their employees to show respect, be helpful and provide positive customer service. Again, I am disappointed because I always go to this location because I am a local and never thought this would have been the treatment I would ever deserve after going to this location for over 30 plus years. Please do better thank you.
