- DDdonald davidApr 14, 20261.0WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They had 2 people with a line going outside the door. The whole time I was here everyone in line was upset saying how this is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 2:30 arrived at 2:15!! She then told us we have to wait till 3:30 when it became 3:30 she still did not take us and continued to tell us to wait! If I could I would rate this place negative stars. Tried to get through to the manager and couldn’t. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

The lines are excruciatingly slow, the self help postage machine is broken half the time, and the main point of focus seems to be passport appointments. If you have needs involving shipping mail or parcels, I suggest delivering it yourself... the whole process will go faster

My first claim was closed without any contact, and only after countless calls and an in-person visit did they start “investigating,” constantly blaming me or pushing me to other departments. To make matters worse, my long-time USPS account was suspended over this single issue. Completely unreliable—do not trust them with important mail.

No organization, no urgency, no respect for customers. The supervisor was rude and dismissive—literally told me, “Go somewhere else if you don’t like it.” Unprofessional, understaffed, and incredibly disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs. Total waste of time and energy.
