    I have been coming to the store for years and I love love love every single employee here they deal with a lot of stress and rude people and they still keep smiles on their faces. I really love these people here and I don't for the life of me. I understand why people complain. They work very hard.

    The notary lady at this UPS Store location on Euclid and Wilshire in Santa Monica was rude and very difficult to deal with.

    Rude workers, don't make eye contact, when I ask for their names they give me false names, always look miserable to be there.

    This is for the UPS truck drivers - I understand they work hard in getting items delivered - however; I wish they spend more care parking their trucks! Last week my local UPS driver, named "Juan" parked his truck right in front of my car, I waited up to 7 minutes for the driver to come back and move the truck, however; no luck. I saw an opening between me and the truck and tried getting out as I had a Doctor's appointment and it was getting very late. Sadly I was unsuccessful, and in the process hit the curb with my front rim. Juan came back after 7 minutes, and was kind to connect me with his supervisor, "David Sotomayor". I have communicated with David over the past 10 days, as he was waiting to hear back from his manager if there was anything that could be done. Sadly just heard from him that his manager is not going to honor the incident as my car did not come to contact with the truck (which would have been worse, of course). Now I am left with a damaged front rim and need to repair and replace the rim protector out of pocket. Not ideal. I was told they could send me UPS merchandise, nice of them, but it of course would not help in this case! Anyway, just wanted to share my experience with UPS and their trucks, they need a better policy be placed.
