  Rude workers, don't make eye contact, when I ask for their names they give me false names, always look miserable to be there.

  Matt is very rude! Totally bothered by typical questions! He and other employees talking about how busy and annoying the customer are. Bad vibes

  This is for the UPS truck drivers - I understand they work hard in getting items delivered - however; I wish they spend more care parking their trucks! Last week my local UPS driver, named "Juan" parked his truck right in front of my car, I waited up to 7 minutes for the driver to come back and move the truck, however; no luck. I saw an opening between me and the truck and tried getting out as I had a Doctor's appointment and it was getting very late. Sadly I was unsuccessful, and in the process hit the curb with my front rim. Juan came back after 7 minutes, and was kind to connect me with his supervisor, "David Sotomayor". I have communicated with David over the past 10 days, as he was waiting to hear back from his manager if there was anything that could be done. Sadly just heard from him that his manager is not going to honor the incident as my car did not come to contact with the truck (which would have been worse, of course). Now I am left with a damaged front rim and need to repair and replace the rim protector out of pocket. Not ideal. I was told they could send me UPS merchandise, nice of them, but it of course would not help in this case! Anyway, just wanted to share my experience with UPS and their trucks, they need a better policy be placed.

  So, I came across another commenter saying she had a traumatic experience from an incident that happened involving two customers and an altercation with a dog. I noticed she gave a 1-star review though she had said the "staff was nice and efficient", despite the incident she shared. I'VE BEEN HERE AT THIS STORE BEFORE! The associates that work here are fantastic! I don't know WHY she gave them a 1-star review after commenting about the staff so highly. I don't think that the store or associates should be penalized in a review because ANOTHER CUSTOMER caused an incident. PROPS TO THE CREW AT 1223 WILSHIRE BLVD! 5-Stars!

  All the regulars who work here are so chill and nice. I never dread going to this UPS knowing the workers are patient and make for a fast and easy experience. They also are really lovely to my dog who I always have with me <3
