  I had 4 documents to print from my phone. I kept getting an error when trying to send them to the printer. I went to the parking garage and retrieved my USB cord and tried to hook the phone directly to the printer, that didn't work. The employees offered no help, no reasons why it wasn't working, no here let's try this or that. No here, let me take it behind the counter and hook it up to one of computers and see if we can download them to it and then print. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the employees. Just walked out and to the garage for my Jeep, multiple times I made sure there was no one around me and I was 3/4 of the way out of spot... I even have strobing back up lights, huge tires, monster Jeep - you can't miss it... Unless your the old lady that obviously didn't use the mirrors on her car, just got in, started it up and started backing at a fast clip. I see her heading right towards me, I'm on the horn, throw it into Park jump out and start BEATING on her back window, YELLING & CUSSING AT HER as I look and see she is less than 1/2" from hitting the rear drivers side of this HUGE Jeep. Through her closed driver's window she actually looked at me and said "well, what do you want me to do now". Took everything in my power to not say "give me your keys & license you're not driving anymore, take the bus."

  I am extremely grateful to Daniel for his assistance today. I ordered three posters to be printed and foam-mounted, and I needed them as quickly as possible. No other service could accommodate my same-day request, but after speaking with Daniel, he confirmed that he would help me. Daniel was incredibly patient and helpful. The customer service he provided is definitely worthy of five stars. The staff here genuinely cares about your projects and will do everything they can to meet your timeline. I highly recommend this store!

  FedEx has the worst systems, every time I try to do anything with FedEx it always ends in frustration. Printing machine makes no sense, it’s difficult to work with, extremely time consuming, and it charges you an outrageous amount of money. You try to scan documents, only after scanning 10 pages it tells you you’ve run out of “credits” and have to start over again. Why do you use a prepaid credit system? Why can’t you just charge whatever it costs per page at the end like EVERY OTHER NORMAL BUSINESS? Ive shipped my college diploma with them in the past and they arrived completely shattered and with a hole through the middle, they refuse to cover the damages. I’ve shipped internationally with them before and they charged my card twice, it took me contacting my bank and going all the way to corporate, and months of waiting to get the charge back. FedEx is the worst at every level. They fail at everything every time. I will never come back here again for anything, it’s not worth the anger and frustration.

  Very unimpressed with the assistant manager, Jonathan. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but his delivery to customers could improve. Training needed.
