Needed help with a small print job (normally can “print & go” on copier without staff help) & he was alone, with a line of customers for shipping. Another staffer appeared for a minute & then disappeared to back without helping anyone. A fellow customer arrived to pickup a print job that had not been started. I waited patiently for my turn & Samuel was really great. He not only handled my request with a smile & a great attitude, but printed the other guy’s job, juggling three customers at once. We all marveled at his skill set. Management: It’s the holiday shipping season. You need more than one staffer handling both Fedex and print customers. And PS, I needed to use the state of the art cutting machine after my print job. There are no instructions, so I had to wait for Samuel to get a breather to ask for help. Luckily another customer who had used previously, got out of line & helped.
