Little did I know I was about to meet Sam, a man so helpful he may actually be powered by espresso and good vibes. First of all, my package was a weird shape—like, "should this even legally exist?" kind of weird. Sam didn’t blink. He looked at it like a puzzle he’d been waiting his whole life to solve. Within seconds, he was MacGyvering boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape into a shipping masterpiece. I’m pretty sure the box he built could survive re-entry into Earth’s atmosphere. He was professional, patient, and so cheerful I suspect he may be part golden retriever. Every question I had, Sam had an answer. Every concern I raised, he calmly made disappear. I was ready to give up and just gift-wrap the item in disappointment—but Sam? Sam shipped it like a legend. If FedEx gave out medals, this man would be wearing one. Thanks for the A+ service and laughs, Sam. You turned my chaotic errand into a feel-good sitcom episode.

They won’t even assume the cost of issuing new documents? Why do they even have an insurance? Will never again ship anything through them, there are hundreds of other shipping companies out there.
