- STSimon TaylorApr 1, 20261.0Online seller for the past 23 years. Other post offices (Oxnard, Santa Barbara, Goleta) allowed me to drop off prepaid packages at the loading dock. Not this one. I waste hours every month standing on line at the retail counter to get a hamper to wheel in heavy packages. Total pain in the ass. (The guy named GABRIEL is uncooperative and rude. On three occasions, he wouldn't provide a hamper, consistently hostile with a bad attitude.)

It’s past three days past latest expected arrival date. I started calling at 2pm. It’s 3pm. I’m still calling and I already submitted a claim. I bet if they answer, they’re just going to tell me to file a claim. Thanks Santa Maria. I will never moving there

I live in a complex where they can bring packages upstairs to my door. I've had 3 things taken upstairs to my door since moving here, and now nothing is coming to my door. It's absolutely ridiculous that every day I've had to go up to the office to receive these packages. I am carrying heavy packages that can easily be brought to my door. I can't have my husband pick them up as he works during the offices hours. Even more frustrating that they can't seem to answer their phones !
- KRKeith RoyFeb 12, 20261.0The Orcutt Branch is locked up, so we can't access our PO Boxes, which have raised prices much faster than inflation, btw. The sign says it's because of a power outage in the lobby. The inner doors can be locked, and are when closed, and the outer area where the PO Boxes are located has often had no lights on when I've retrieved my mail at night, so I do not understand how any power outage affects the ability to access my PO Box. I would appreciate an explanation.
