Kept getting getting delayed, and once it arrived in the final stop wasn’t out for deliver until like two days later even though it arrived at 4am. Then once out for delivery they declined to deliver and only put because of animal interference. Went in person the next day, didn’t have my package there. Where else could it possibly be as they said it wasn’t on a truck either. Went the NEXT day as they said to, and finally picked up after standing in line for over half an hour. Multiple people had the same issue we realized as one guy complained to another and we all realized we’re there for the same exact issue. Turns out a handler was bit by a dog, yet we received no notice and no next day delivery AND we had to pick it up the third day as it STILL wasn’t out for delivery. Now we have a community box to go to, another inconvenience instead of being delivered to at our doorstep.
