  Plenty of free parking in front. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Store has lots of supplies for shipping and packing. They will help you pack and ship your product.

  Unauthorized Package Release and Security Protocol Failure Originally, I had arranged for the package to be delivered to my home address. However, anticipating that no one would be available to sign for the delivery during weekday hours, and being concerned about increasing theft rates in my area, I opted to redirect the delivery to your UPS store to ensure its secure holding until I could personally retrieve it after work. Upon arriving at your store yesterday to collect my package, I was informed that it had already been released to someone else. According to the tracking information, the package was picked up at 1:48 PM. After reviewing the surveillance footage, it was revealed that the individual who claimed the package identified himself as "Sergio Gonzalez," which is the name of my father. However, this person is not authorized to collect my packages, nor is he known to me personally. I am deeply concerned about the lack of verification protocols in place at your facility. In professional settings, such as the hospitality industry where I have experience, it is standard practice to verify additional identifying information, such as a phone number or reservation number, when multiple individuals share the same name. The failure to confirm the tracking number or other identifying details before releasing my package is a serious oversight that has resulted in the misdelivery of a high-value item. The package contained an iPhone 17 Pro Max, valued at approximately $1700, which I had been saving up for as a personal reward. Currently, a claim has been filed regarding this incident. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and implement immediate improvements to your package release verification procedures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I also requested a refund for the delivery address change fee, given the circumstances, but have not yet received a response. Update 10/25/25 I appreciate the team's assistance in resolving this matter. Following communication with the store owner, we successfully located and retrieved the package. While I am grateful for the positive outcome, I recommend reinforcing security protocol training to prevent future incidents. The experience was inconvenient, but I am thankful for the resolution.

  Older lady with short hair is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She has horrible customer service skills. Every single time I go there she seems so miserable.
