I thought my own mail may be being delivered to the wrong address, I called and was reassured and told that my carrier would be told about it. I felt that the person cared about my situation and that it would be taken care of. I received courteous, reassuring help with my problem and felt that they took the incident seriously. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
