Santiago was exceptionally helpful, efficient, and kind. I had two packages to send and many questions. He welcomed me, listen to what I wanted, and gave clear and concise advice. His service was exceptional!

I’m pretty sure the lady staff has some problems. I’ve returned my packages three times, two of them were processed by her. And every time she was rude and talked aggressively, also forced me to buy bags, tried to ‘educate’ me that they are not responsible for the package fee. The first time I thought I had no experience and probably should have better wrapped for my stuff. But when I was served by another male staff he accepted my package quickly and use their free bag to help me packaging them, didn’t ask for additional package fee. Next time I’m gonna wait to be served by other staff, not to embarrass her, just avoid being treated rudely.
