After I forgot my thumb drive, they held it for me in a drawer and had it for me when I came back an hour later. A+ will use again the next time I fail to plan ahead.

Ended up calling everyday for weeks to ask for a manager. Never there. Everytime I asked to leave a note for a callback and to this day he never called me back. Eventually managed to find the package through weeks of tinkering with UPS customer support with no help from this manager. I don't understand how someone could be so bad at their job.

He was rude and short with me and told me to be quiet and stop talking so he could explain the options to me. He cut me off mid sentence. I can not believe the nerve of this guy. I should have told him that he could not speak to me that way and took my package and left. The prices he quoted for shipping were ridiculous too. Needless to say, I did not give them my business and I never will so long as that guy is working there. How do people like that even hold down a job when they treat their customers that way. I am appalled. Don't go there or waste your time with such a bad experience.
