After I forgot my thumb drive, they held it for me in a drawer and had it for me when I came back an hour later. A+ will use again the next time I fail to plan ahead.

Ended up calling everyday for weeks to ask for a manager. Never there. Everytime I asked to leave a note for a callback and to this day he never called me back. Eventually managed to find the package through weeks of tinkering with UPS customer support with no help from this manager. I don't understand how someone could be so bad at their job.

If I hadn’t called LLBEAN to inquire I never would’ve seen it because a photo of the delivery was not conveyed to me. The packaging is the same color as the ground it was on!!! Rotten service - they’ve always delivered to our door.
