Lady behind counter refused to assist and said if I needed help I would have to come to her counter and Pay a higher price for assistance. Became frustrated and went to FedEx down the street and noticed other Customers who had just left STAPLES frustrated as well. Somebody in Middle Management needs to visit the Store.
