  Pésimo servicio la empleada puso mal mi dirección nunca llegó el paquete a su destino y no me dio los dos recibos sólo donde pagué por el envío y fui y ni siquiera quiera me dio la cara para que pagara por su error pagué mucho por el envío y fue su culpa porque ella puso mal la dirección no me dio ni un descuento ni reembolso

  There was a young Caucasian man, approximately 18 to 22 years old. He exhibited a poor attitude and lacked customer service skills. I am surprised he was hired given his demeanor. The store staff, primarily women, are always helpful and courteous, but this young man appeared indifferent towards his job and the customers he was hired to assist. My overall experience has been positive until today, February 25, 2026, when I encountered his service. Terrible.

  This location has the worst customer service. They never pick up the phone. Everyone in the store is rude.
