- ESEthan SushinskyOct 13, 20251.0HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN EMPLOYEE NAMED SILVIA. Silvia is not very competent at her job and is very rude. I went on to purchase 190 total stamps to which she “helped me”. Before checking out I tried to confirm this was 190 stamps as she seemed to be a bit confused at first, she said yes and had me pay. After paying, she proceeded to inform that it was only 116 stamps and I would need to buy more. This is blatant lying and a mistake on her. After her mistake and incompetence, she then proceeded to ask my name and age, and said “My son is older than you and not disrespectful, you are very disrespectful”, taken aback i said what and continued to repeat that i was disrespectful. Funny how she was being rude after her mistake. Does not deserve to work there
