- ASAllan S.May 30, 20255.0I've come to this Staples location several times and never experienced any issues. It has always been a good experience. I needed a few larger copies of some schematics, so I came here. Today, I needed another set of larger copies. The first two sets of copies were not good quality. There were a lot of lines and dropouts, so i mentioned that to the employee in the copy center. She explained that the machines sometimes have issues with print quality. I came back a few minutes later and looked at the copies. They, too, had a rainbow like hue. However, that did not interfere with the important areas of the schematics as these are just backup copies rather than destroy the original. I was ready to pay the $3 for these 2 copies, but to my surprise, the employee said, "Just take them, it's OK." Even though it was only about $3, still, the employee was kind enough, i think, because of the other issues I've had, to let me have these copies. These copies also had some issues, as you can see in the photos, compared to the original docs, but i can still use them. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful customer service! It is always a pleasure to come here. Customer service and the employees are always extremely helpful and kind! Thank you
