  The print team at this location is always exceptional. They communicate to make sure they are getting you the best quality job in a time frame that works for everyone, and they do a fantastic job with the final products.

  I would like to thank the Staples team in Golden Valley specifically the shift this afternoon Feb10th, in the Printing center led by an awesome male staff, who went out of his way to offer help to everyone who was so confused with the printing machines. It was such a heartwarming experience to hear them patiently explaining and assisting the elderly customers and waiting on them until they finish their tasks. They were very grateful for you guys, Thank you Staples!

  Employees are all so friendly and always willing to assist in with anything needed. The print services and management are amazing and I love continually working with them.

  I have visited this store before to print information, my first visit was pleasant and uneventful. The staff was helpful and attentive. Today's visit (2/2/26) was the opposite. I went to print my documents and ran into an issue. Two young ladies were working the print and copy area, I obtain the attention of the one closest to me. The area was not as busy as it was during my first visit, as I was the only person in the area on this day. When I informed the young lady that I needed assistance she said, "give me a second and I will be right with you". I waited as she answered a call, after the call she sat behind the computer for a minute and then got up, never making eye contact. I assumed she was coming to assist me. No. She went to assist two customers who had just walked in the door and where approaching the area. I waited patiently, then she went to assist another walk up return customer. As I waited I tried to make eye contact with her to reminder her that I still needed help, but she never looked at me. Another customer walked into the area and stood at the printer next to me. She could see I was patiently waiting for something because I was focused on the area where the 2 ladies were. The customer asked are you waiting for help and I replied "Yes". That's when, the other young lady who was working on mass printing something came from the far back of the area, I made eye contact with her and she immediately asked if I needed assistance. Just as she was posing her question, the other young lady returned and I stated, "she said she would be wi1th me". Instead of acknowledging that she may have forgotten about me, she replied with a passive aggressive tone "You could of reminded me". I just looked at her baffled and so did the customer waiting in the area near 1me. The workers name is Lexi and I was given the impression my asking for help was bothering her in some way. She was nice to everyone I observed her interact l with except me. Not sure what that was about, but it upset me enough to write this long review. I hope they watch the cameras after reading this and provide Lexi with a refresher course in customer service and her role in delivery customer satisfactory to every consumer she interacts with as an employee.
