    Never in decades of visiting this store have I experienced such poor service. The two associates were so dismissive, rude, and sarcastic. Their attitudes stunk and they were so unhelpful and even gave misleading information. It was bizarre and I am so glad I don’t have to visit this specific location regularly anymore.

    Calling this store sends you to a menu. It says press one to get to a representative, so I did. That leads me to an infinite loop that never gets to a representative.

    It's 9:30 am, no one multi tasks. Some staff can do better in acknowledging customers. Standing here waiting and the short stocky guy waits as his customer speaks to someone on the phone...he can at least help the next person as his current customer speaks. The lady here works confusingly, and I can't figure out what she's doing. But if there are customers waiting they can focus on getting people serviced and out the door. My recommendation is to go to another one if you're in a hurry.
