- PAPamela Armstead4 days ago1.0One of the worst post offices I’ve ever experienced. The line grows while post office workers just stare at us. People are filling out forms at the counter instead of on the side. This is done better EVERYWHERE else.

- LLLexMar 31, 20261.0I had a really frustrating experience at my local post office. I purchased a money order for my rent, and it never reached my landlord. A week later, I had to go back and ask what happened because it was never delivered. The employee who helped me (a shorter Indian woman working at the counter during my visit on placed yellow stickers over both the recipient and sender addresses even though the addresses were already written correctly. Because of this, the money order was mishandled and never made it to its destination. When I followed up, the postmaster in Riverbank removed the stickers and questioned why they were placed there in the first place, which confirms this should not have been done. Because of this mistake, my money order was essentially lost in the mail. I had to purchase a second money order to pay my rent again, and on top of that, I paid an additional $30 just to have it tracked. This situation caused unnecessary stress and extra expenses. What’s even more concerning is that this could have put my housing at risk if I didn’t have the money to replace that money order, I could have been facing late fees or even eviction because of this error. This is not the first issue I’ve had with the same employee, and I hope management takes this seriously and reviews who was working that shift so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
