Great experience! The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. I forgot to write the street number on the envelope, and she noticed it right away. She kindly reminded me and made sure everything was correct. She saved my day! Really appreciate her help.

Nice and professional staff. I wish they had the self-service machine. That would shorten the lines at peak hours

Terrible customer service. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and gave incorrect/misleading advice regarding money orders and mailing requirements for visa applications. She was polite to everyone else except me, which felt very much like a bias. She tried to force me into buying unnecessary extra envelopes and made the whole process difficult for no reason. Avoid this location if you don’t want to be treated with hostility. AVOID this place if you are planning to have Japanese visa applications.

No wait early in the day, in and out in 5 minutes, really nice lady behind the counter. I really don't know what people expect when they give 1 star. If you look around, nearly all USPS offices in the area have low ratings on Google and Yelp. It's a post office folks, not a resort!

The lady in charge there is extremely unpleasant—it feels like she comes to work every day just to create obstacles for customers. I visited this location twice, and unfortunately, I had to deal with her both times. The first time, I went to submit passport applications for my wife and children. Before I even had a chance to speak, she began questioning everything—why my wife was wearing a hijab in the photo and why the documents were printed double-sided. She even marked all over the paperwork. On top of that, her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up canceling the application and going to another office, where I had to reprint everything because the documents had been ruined. At the other location, the process was smooth and straightforward, and we received the passports within three weeks. The second time, I went to ship a package. As soon as I walked in—before I even reached the counter—she raised her voice and said, “What is this? This is a large package,” and immediately began asking multiple questions without giving me a chance to respond: “Did you pay in advance? What’s the weight? No, no, this is too big.” I didn’t respond—I simply turned around and took my package to another office, where they handled everything professionally and shipped it without any issues. My message to this employee is simple: people already deal with enough stress in their daily lives—they don’t need additional negativity when they come in for basic services. If you’re unsure about your responsibilities, further training would be helpful. And if you’re not interested in doing the job, there are many others who would appreciate the opportunity. What’s most concerning is that I believe she may be the office manager.
