  This location is small and apparently isn't always staffed by more than one person. Note on the door said back in 15 minutes but another customer said they had already been waiting a while. Previously have had fine interactions with staff when dropping off. The inconvenient location and chance that it will be closed during normal business hours means I will be going to a different location from now on. As others have noted, you do need to get a ticket going through the gate to the parking lot. It's free as long as it's less than 30 minutes. Just scan the ticket again to get out.

  Good staff! Pouria is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and just a good dude. Never makes you feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Exactly the kind of person that makes running errands a breeze. Decent location.

  Jazmin and Pouria are both really cool nice helpful people and take care of my Amazon returns in a quick and professional manner...I highly recommend this drop off station :)
