  Sixx (the representative) was super helpful. Guided me through the process and helped me find the best price for my package. Very friendly. Will definitely come back to this store for any of my UPS needs.

  Do Not Visit this UPS location for notary services. I had a terrible experience with a middle-aged female employee who was both incredibly rude and incompetent. She refused to notarize my document without even looking at it, claiming she needed to see other pages—even though I explained those were just separate guidelines. Most alarmingly, she told me to erase the page numbers so she could sign it. Suggesting a customer alter a legal document is not only unprofessional but also dangerous and potentially illegal. It is clear she has no understanding of notary laws or basic customer service. I went to another UPS branch afterward, and the staff there was excellent and handled everything perfectly. (Please go to UPS at Stevens Creek blvd, they are really professional and kind) Frankly, if this branch wants to improve, you need to get rid of employees like her who ignore customers and provide incorrect, risky advice. She is a liability to your business.

  theres 2 guys working there. guy named sixx is very cool and polite hes so nice. but the other asian guy omgg hes so rude clearly he's unhappy, yelling at every customer can't believe it💀🤕 of course he lives alone, theres no way someone can stand him. for sure that store needs people like sixx. last time i go there.

  This place has the rudest of employees and managers. I have had multiple experiences where the manager himself/herself has been super rude to me. Great location but terrible folks running it.

  I've a long time customer to this location in Santa Clara since grand opening. They change mailbox agreement without much time to review and make upcoming changes. I mentioned that they should notify in advance both email and letter in mailbox (which explains the changes not as only a remider notice) before changes to take effect when signing on another year agreement. The new change is limited packages to on 15 within a year. A very absurd change and charge the customer even more if going over the limit when already paid $500+ renewal for one year with no discounts.
