  The person who helped me either didn't read his computer or did it on purpose but when I went in to ship a item I needed to return he tells me I need to buy a poly bag for the item and I was confused at the moment and still purchased so I realize when I get home that I never needed to purchase a poly bag in the first place. It was only $3 but what if it was more than that? They need to double check to make sure they arent charging. I also have a 5 year old who was with me already giving me a hard time and he says "anything else you want to buy? Like a candy?" Assuming we were stealing and he continues to look back at us to make sure we didnt take anything. It was just an uncomfartable transaction.

While the manager at this location was polite and courteous, he demonstrated a clear lack of competence in handling international shipping procedures. This is not a minor training gap — it reflects a fundamental deficiency at the management level. International shipping requires precise knowledge of documentation, compliance requirements, customs declarations, and liability exposure. Providing inaccurate or uncertain guidance in these areas places customers at financial and regulatory risk. I ultimately had to visit another FedEx location, where a significantly younger staff member resolved the same issue efficiently and correctly. The contrast in expertise was striking and raises concerns about oversight, training standards, and leadership accountability at this store. Customers choose FedEx for reliability and professional expertise. When a manager lacks core operational knowledge, it undermines confidence in the brand. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review this location’s management qualifications and training protocols to ensure service standards are being upheld.

  Great service at this FedEx location. Isaac helped me and was very professional, friendly, and patient. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and answered all my questions. The process was fast and easy. Really appreciate his help. Highly recommend this place!

  Some guy working here the other night did me this HUGEEE FAVOR and said he could charge my phone for about ten minutes for me. Gave him the phone and never saw the guy again. Asian kid. Still have a major bone to pick about that. The story goes on and gets much worse from there. Id go on to tell about it but that would hardly begin to start undoing the damage done here. He could've told me no, no can do. Not just take advantage. Don't trust your business to this business the staff is shady.
