- OWObi WanSheNobiDec 16, 20251.0Parking lot too small, workers have zero urgency, stop and chat, etc - so regardless of time there’s always a line. 2 out of the last 3x I’ve been in, Self check out is damaged/not in service, there’s rarely any size of prepaid shipping boxes available, and “customers” will park in the middle of the parking lot (sometimes with hazards even) blocking traffic halfway down the street. There’s no visible management of the place, it’s just chaos. Honestly just go to a different post office.

Package drop off even for Priority is apparently won’t scan till next day evening and may not make it way out of post office till another day, so 48 hours after drop off in morning till it gets shipped out. Not sure if staff is not paying attention or just how this works. Priority Shipment has 2-3 days delivery window but often it spends 2 days in the same building.
- PGP GOct 3, 20251.0What is this Fiesta Friday I show up at the post office a few minutes before they close in the lady closes the door and shuts it a few minutes before 6:00 and I'm knocking on the door she looks over and ignores me they won't even open it it would have took me 42nd to check my PO box unbelievable nobody wants to work nowadays or what this is a second time today someone closes before the hours posted on the door I guess customer service doesn't exist in the Bay Area
